The Screaming Eagle Regiment is the combined membership of the Wind Symphony, Jazz Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and Color Guard.  With an annual membership of approximately 80 to 120 students, the Regiment is a musical marching unit organized to provide artistic and entertaining performances for football games, parades, pep rallies, concerts, and competitions.  It is an integral part of instrumental music education at SLHS.  Membership requires total dedication, maximum effort, and involvement in all aspects of marching and music performance.  The full Regiment rehearses on Tuesday Evenings and Thursdays after school.  Additional weekly rehearsals are required for members of the Percussion and Color Guard sections on Monday evenings.  The Regiment performs at Florida Bandmasters Association District Marching Music Performance Assessment, Florida Marching Band Championships Regional and State Competitions, and various parades, and concerts throughout the year.
